The packet includes 4 focus groups with 6 participants each, 1 hour each of the discussions.

You provide: 

• You pay the participants as much as you decide
• You recruit participants
• You send us email with the desired schedule and receive confirmation email from our online facility, that it is available for the given schedule.
• You provide your technical specifications (the general subjects of discussions, the specifics of the participants in each of the groups, the technicalities connected with the subjects of discussion, if it is for a new product, etc.)
• You give your feedbacks on the professionally designed by us discussion guides (we don’t work by ready discussion guides, provided by the customer, because we have professional responsibility for the end product).

We provide:

• Online focus group facility with the best possible security at the moment (end-to-end encryption, own cloud server hosting)
• App for the participants, so they can talk from anywhere
• Moderator at highest world level, who can facilitate the group as really qualitative project, which just follows a discussion guide, and not as a long group interview by strictly fixed questions.

• Report for the entire study
• Video files from the group discussions (after check of consents of participants)
• Possibility for hidden observation from the part of your organization (without direct influences to the moderator and after check of consent forms of participants)

Language of the reports: EnglishTranslation to other languages can be done of the final report for the entire study only by collaboration, because the qualitative projects exclude any option for non-manipulative translation of primary data.
